To reuse approximately 220 acres of the former Twin Cities Army <br />Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) property in a way that accommodates a mix <br />of land uses that is sensitive to the natural environment, economically <br />sustainable, and a benefit to the community. <br /> <br />B. To complete the environmental remediation of contaminated land to <br />support reuse of the area. <br /> <br />C. To create a development of regional significance that is a benefit to the <br />community and region. <br /> <br />D.
