T�e City, Inland Shop�es, and �nland Cub have dis�ussed �he possibility of <br />constructir�g a concrete sidewal� to be iocated within the Lexingtor� Avenue <br />right-of-vvay, which would extend a�ong the east line of the Shoppes Prfl�erty <br />and the east li�e of th� Cub Property for a total dis�ance of approximately <br />nine hundred sixiy �9bOj feet, and would be ap�rox�mately eight �8� feet <br />vvide �"Project"3. <br />�. The estimat�d cost of the Project is approximately Sixty-T�ree Thousand <br />00/1�� Dollars �$b3,000). <br />G. The Projec� v�ould confer a special benefit �n the Shoppes Property and o� <br />�he Cub Proper�y; and wou�d be of generai b�n�fit ta the City. <br />H. The City is wi�ling to undertake the construction of th� Project pursuant to <br />t�e terms �f this Agree�ent, <br />3.0 Terms and �onditions. NOW THERE�ORE, in consideratio� �f �he �n�tual bene�its <br />and obliga�ions contained herein, the City, Inland Shoppes, and Inland Cub agree as <br />fflllov�s: � <br />A. t�pon execution of this Agreeme�t by the parties, tl�e City vvill prepare Plans <br />and Specif�cations for the Project fo� revievv and approval by Inland Shoppes <br />and Inland Cu�, and if so approved, the City Wl�� obt�in bids for the <br />co�struction of the Project based upon such �ppr�ved Plans a�d <br />Specificat���s. <br />2 <br />
