The goal is <br />to prepare managers to succeed in their jobs as quickly as possible. We will facilitate <br />meetings between key staff and the City Administrator and the Mayor and City Council and the City <br />Administrator. The purpose is to discuss and plan for the adjustments that naturally occur during <br />periods of transition.
