3. GARBAGE & LITTER. Minimum service of two times per week. High use may <br /> dictate higher levels. <br /> 3. PRUNING. When required for health or reasonable appearance. Most tree and shrub <br /> species would not require more than once every two to three years. <br /> 4. LIGHTING. Replacement or repair of fixtures when report filed or when noticed by <br /> employees. <br /> 5. SURFACES. Cleaned on complaint basis. Repaired or replaced as budget allows. <br /> 6. REPAIRS. Should be done whenever safety or function is in question. <br /> 7. INSPECTIONS. Twice per month. <br /> 8. FLORAL PLANTINGS. Only perennials or flowering trees or shrubs. Flowers and <br /> shrubs weeded a minimum of once a month or more as needed. The desired outcome is weed- <br /> free. Fertilize as needed. <br /> 9. RESTROOMS. None present. <br /> 10. PARK AMENITIES. Minimum allowable maintenance for features present with <br /> function and safety in mind. <br /> LEVEL IV <br /> Moderately low level usually associated with low level of development, low visitation, <br /> undeveloped areas or remote parks. Areas where ground cover shall be left in a non-maintained <br /> (natural)condition. Examples include wooded areas, open spaces,wetlands, and community <br /> preserves <br /> CREPEAU NATURE PRESERVE <br /> 1. TURF CARE. Low frequency mowing schedule, weed control limited to legal <br /> requirements of noxious weeds. Controlled burn should be administered every 5 years <br /> for prairie areas. <br /> 2. FERTILIZER. Not fertilized. <br /> 3. GARBAGE & LITTER. On demand or as needed. <br /> 4. PRUNING. No regular trimming. Safety or damage from weather may dictate work <br /> schedule. <br /> 5. REPAIRS.
