Most tree and shrub <br /> species would not require more than once every two to three years. <br /> 4. LIGHTING. Replacement or repair of fixtures when report filed or when noticed by <br /> employees. <br /> 5. SURFACES. Cleaned on complaint basis. Repaired or replaced as budget allows. <br /> 6. REPAIRS. Should be done whenever safety or function is in question. <br /> 7. INSPECTIONS. Twice per month. <br /> 8. FLORAL PLANTINGS. Only perennials or flowering trees or shrubs.
