The City �s seek�ng to establis� a viable <br />grouping Qf �etail uses to enhar�ce �ong-�erm sust��nabl�i�y and create a <br />destinat�on for res�c�ents ar�d visitors. <br />2. Struet�res mus� be eonstruc�ed from h�gh quality, �ong-Iasting <br />ma�er�als and be in substanti�l con�o�rnance wlt� the deslgn sta�dards <br />in Sec�iQn � 325.05 Subd. 8. <br />3. The total bui�d�ng square footage �n the l�ixed Business Distr�c� <br />w�l� be dete�-mined �ased an t�e capacity af the adjacent raadways and <br />intersect�ons as d�termined by the regulred �ra.ffic study and C��y <br />rev�e�v but sha11 x�ot exceed 2.2 mi�lion square feet. Off ce Showroom <br />and Office Warehouse shal� not exceec� ffteen (� 5%} percent of the <br />total build�ng square �ootage �n the 1Vlixed Bus�ness Dlstrict. <br />4.
