,,�ARZEN ]HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: July 12, 2010 <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> FROM: James Lehnhoff, Community Development Director <br /> SUBJECT: TCAAP Reuse and Public Sale Update <br /> General Service Administration (GSA)Update <br /> The General Service Administration posted draft terms of sale for the TCAAP property on their <br /> website shortly after the June 24 bidders' conference. The terms will form a significant portion <br /> of the Invitation for Bid(IFB). The City submitted a letter to the GSA with comments regarding <br /> the proposed terms on July 7. At the June bidders' conference, the GSA anticipated completing <br /> the IFB by the end of July with the auction to follow toward the end of August. A conference call <br /> with the GSA is anticipated to be scheduled for the week of July 19 to follow up on the City's <br /> letter, the status of the IFB, the timing of the auction, and any other updates since the bidders' <br /> conference. <br /> TCAAP Zoning Project <br /> The City Council approved the TCAAP Zoning regulations at their June 29 meeting. The <br /> amendments made at the Council meeting were reviewed by the City's consultant attorney, and <br /> she did not have any changes. Therefore, the regulations were submitted to the Shoreview- <br /> Arden Hills Bulletin for publication, and they will be in effect on July 14. The final regulations <br /> are also available on the City's website at www.ci.arden-hills.mn.us/tcaa . <br /> Ramsey County Park and Open Space Requests <br /> Greg Mack is continuing to work with the GSA to obtain an access agreement to the TCAAP site <br /> for further environmental investigation.
