Applicant shall provide and maintain a pedestrian connection, constructed of 'an improved hard surface such as bituminous or concrete and be at least six (6) feet in width, from the Property across the railroad tracks located to the north. ti 14. Northwestern College shall require parking permits for the users on the Property and not allow commuter Northwestern parking. College shall be responsible for monitoring parking on the site. 15. The applicant shall prevent, either through barrier or construction 'the passage of vehicles from the Property to the ro ert P p y immediately to the west, subject to approval from the City Engineer and the property owner to the west, prior to the issuance of an Occupancy Permit. 16. The applicant shall remove, either through barrier or construction one of the three curb cuts accessing the Property, subject to approval from the Police and Fire Department and the City . y Engineer, prior to the issuance of an Occupancy Permit. :r 17. If the city incurs in excess of ten (10) fire calls er 12 month eriod .
