On February 15, 2008 in antici ation of the adoption of <br /> .. y � p p <br /> interim use regulations, Davidson submitted an application for the interim <br /> use of the Property for institutional housing ("Application"), <br /> 4.0 Review. On March 5, 2008, after reviewing the reports and presentation <br /> of the city staff, the city consultants, and Davidson, the Arden Hills <br /> Plannin commission recommended approval of the ' <br /> g pp h Interim Use Permit <br /> subject to certain conditions. <br /> 5.0 Approval. On April 14, 2008, after reviewingthe reports, comment <br /> re p sand <br /> recommendations of the city staff, the City consultants, the CityPlanning <br /> g <br /> Commission, and Davidson; and after first adopting the Interim Use <br /> Regulations for the city of Arden Hills; the Arden Hills City Council <br /> approved an Interim Use Permit for the Property to be used as student or <br /> faculty housing subject to the following conditions: <br /> .t <br /> 1.
