Property owner acknowledges that benefit will accrue upon <br />subdivision of property . <br />2. Property owner waives hearing requirements of Minn.. Stat. §42� <br />if subdivision occurs . <br />3. Property owner agrees that City does not have to approve a <br />subdivision unless the second assessment is paid. <br />If Optians A, B, or D are utilized the assessn�ent would be of record and future <br />property owners will b� alerted. If Option C is utilized there would be no recard at the <br />county recorder's affice.
