� <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-039 <br />RESOLUTION ADUPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND FOR THE 2010 <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City <br />Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />improvement of the City of Arden Hills 2010 Pavement Management Program improvement <br />of the following streets: <br />Valentine Crest Road, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br />Valentine Avenue, from Lake Valentine Road to Old Highway 10, <br />Valentine Court, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br />Katie Lane, from Cleveland Avenue to 1272 feet south, <br />Katie Court, from Katie Lane to cul de sac, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F�ESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council that: <br />1. Such proposed assessment roll, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br />therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br />proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment assessed against each parcel of land on Valentine Avenue, Valentine <br />Crest Road, and Valentine Court shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over <br />a period of ten (10) years, unless prepaid, the first of the installments to be payable with <br />general taxes levied in 2010, collectible with such taxes during the year of 2011. Such <br />assessment assessed against each parcel of land on Katie Lane and Katie Court will be <br />payable, unless prepaid, in five (5) equal annual installments, the first of such installments to <br />be payable with general taxes levied in 2010, collectible with such taxes during the year of <br />2011. The assessment shall bear interest at the rate of 4.5 percent per annum from the date of <br />the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on <br />the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 3 l, 2010. To each <br />subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid <br />installments. <br />
