or will spend or distribute to the Local Housing Incentives Account the required Affordable and <br />Life-Cycle Housing Opportunities Anlount (ALHOA) for each year the municipality participates <br />in the Local Housing Incentives Account Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Arden Hills <br />1. Elects to participate in the Local Housing Incentives Program under the Metropolitan <br />Livable Communities Act for calendar years 2011 through 2020. <br />2. Agrees to the following affordable and life-cycle housing goals for calendar years 2011 <br />through 2020: <br />Affordable Housing Goals Range Life-Cycle Housing Goals Range <br />187-288 285-800 <br />The affordable housing goals range and the life-cycle housing goals range are based on <br />the assumption that the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) will <br />redevelop in accordance with the 203 0 Comprehensive Plan that was adopted on <br />September 28, 2010. If TCAAP does not redevelop by 2020 or develops in a manner <br />different than contemplated in the Comprehensive Plans, the housing goals will need to <br />be re-evaluated. <br />3.
