<br /> on the lot where it exists.
<br /> Subd. 126 Nonconforming use. A building, structure or use of a building,
<br /> structure or parcel of land, or a portion thereof, lawfully existing as of the effective date
<br /> of the adoption of this Code or amendment hereto, as a matter of right or by permit,
<br /> which is not permitted in the zoning district in which it is located.
