A coniferous evergreen tree having foliage on the outermost portion of the <br /> branches year-round and which is at least fifteen (15) feet or more in height. <br /> D. A group of deciduous trees that are at least eight (8) caliper inches or <br /> coniferous trees that are at least fifteen (15) feet in height, that provide a <br /> buffer or screening along an adjacent public street or between differing land <br /> uses. <br /> d: .Subd. 177 Soil processing. The processing of sand, gravel or other materials <br /> mined from the land. <br /> 183Subd. 178 Staging Area. Any exterior area that is used to load, unload, stack, <br /> pile, store or assemble materials, equipment or vehicles to be used either on site or off <br /> site. <br /> Subd. 179 Story. That portion of a building included between the surface of <br /> any floor and the surface of the floor next above it, or, if no such floor above, the space <br /> between such floor and the ceiling next above it. <br /> Subd. 180 Story, half. The term "streets" includes the following <br /> classifications: <br /> A. Collector street. A street which carries traffic from local streets to streets <br /> and highways of higher classifications. It provides for both land access <br /> service and local traffic movements within residential neighborhoods, <br /> commercial areas and industrial areas. <br /> B. Cul-de-sac. A street with a circular turn-a-round and only one outlet. <br /> C. Local street. A street of limited continuity used primarily for access to the <br /> abutting properties and the local needs of a neighborhood. <br /> D. Minor arterial. A street system that interconnects with and augment the <br /> urban major arterial system and provide service to trips of moderate length at <br /> somewhat lower level of travel mobility than major arterials.
