,,.-ARZEN I H LL <br /> Approved: August 3 0, 2010 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> AUGUST 9,2010 <br /> 7:00 P.M. -ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the regular <br /> City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead, Council Members Fran Holmes, Brenda Holden, <br /> David Grant, and Dave McClung <br /> Absent: None. <br /> Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; City Attorney Jerry Filla; Finance <br /> Director/Treasurer Sue Iverson; City Planner Meagan Beekman; Parks and Recreation <br /> Manager Michelle Olson; Civil Engineer Kristine Giga; Public Works Director Terry <br /> Maurer; and Recording Secretary, Tina Borg <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> L APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Harpstead requested Item 7C. Set a Date to Call a Meeting for the Board of Canvas <br /> Following the Primary be added to the agenda. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to Approve the Agenda as amended. The motion carried unanimously <br /> 5-0 . <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> PUBLIC <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated the City had received additional letters from residents that will be <br /> passed to Staff and these included: a letter of complaint regarding the water sewer rate increase <br /> from Ms. Mangle and a letter requesting the assessment process be modified from Ms. Smith. <br /> Mayor Harpstead opened the Public Inquiries/Informational at 7:03 p.m. <br />
