The Library would be included in the new construction of a senior <br /> housing community located on Lake Johanna. The Library would be part of a <br /> commons that would include a cafe and a conservatory space with seating. The <br /> structure would allow an external book drop and delivery to the Library work <br /> room. Presbyterian Homes is planning for 20-25 additional parking spots above <br /> code requirements. <br /> Presbyterian Homes would provide this space for$1 per year for twenty years <br /> subject to approvals of a TIF district by the City of Arden Hills. The Library <br /> would be expected to pay for utilities,janitorial services and upkeep. No <br /> additional common area maintenance fees or assessments would be applied. <br /> Presbyterian Homes and the Library would share meeting rooms for <br /> programming. If approved, the Library construction could be completed by <br /> summer 2012. <br />
