The intent of the bid was clear and it was apparent that a clerical mistake was <br />made, Their clerical error does not change the bidde�s low bid status. <br />MFRA recommends that the City Council awards the contract to North Ualley in the amount of $90,011.62, North <br />Ualley is a well qualified contractor and we have worked with them on many successful projects. <br />If you have any questions or need any additional clarification, please contact me, <br />
