DATE: October 25, 2010 <br />EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br />Matt Woodruff, Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: 2011 Pavement Management Program Feasibility Report <br />Background <br />At the August 30, 2010 meeting, the City Council approved Resolution 2010 -041 <br />ordering the Feasibility Report for the 2011 Pavement Management Program (PMP) <br />project. City staff has completed the report, which is being presented to the Council as a <br />draft. Additional direction is being requested regarding the assessments to the multi- <br />family /townhouse (R -3) properties. <br />As requested by the City Council at the October 11, 2010 worksession, City staff has <br />included three options within the report for assessing the properties that will receive a <br />benefit from the proposed improvements. A copy of the draft Feasibility Report is <br />attached for your review. <br />After the City Council decides which of the three options should be used for an <br />assessment methodology, City staff will finalize the report.
