EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-049 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES, ASSISTANT DEPUTY <br />CLERKS, AND ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD MEMBERS FOR THE <br />2010 GENERAL ELECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is dependent upon and appreciative of citizen <br />assistance for its election process and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby <br />authorize the Deputy Clerk to appoint 2010 General Election Judges per attached list and <br />additional judges as needed: <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />authorizes the Deputy Clerk to appoint the following staff as Assistant Deputy Clerks to <br />provide assistance with the 2010 General Election: <br />ATTEST: <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />authorizes the following staff members and Election Judges to constitute the Absentee Ballot <br />Board: <br />Rebecca Brazys Jane Hagedorn <br />Sherri Eisenbraun <br />Pam Sweeney <br />Kevin Kennedy <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />Sherri Eisenbraun <br />Pam Sweeney <br />Janie Brown <br />Diane Phillippi <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 27 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2010. <br />
