EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -052 <br />RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF I- 694/TH51 WITH CONDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, Mn /DOT is proposing to undertake an improvement to 1 -694 and is requesting <br />Municipal Consent approving the layout, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is concerned about the effects the improvement will have on <br />vehicle and non motorized /pedestrian movements within the City; <br />ATTEST: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City disapproves the layout of the I- 694/TH51 improvement. Attached is a list of conditions in <br />Exhibit A necessary for City approval of the layout. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 25 DAY OF OCTOBER, <br />2010. <br />Patrick D.
