very limited and neither the County of the City would recommend a <br />sidewalk in that location. <br />Removed 10 parking spots at the County Rd D Brownstone. About 7 <br />spaces near the main building are now shown as proof of parking and will <br />be installed in the future if a need is demonstrated. We have revised the <br />parking lot and flow of the entryway to create a more efficient and clear <br />flow of traffic. <br />Sandeen Road will become a one way for the segment east of the campus <br />delivery access which will eliminate traffic through the neighborhood yet <br />still allow the neighbors on Sandeen to exit and still provides two routes <br />for emergency access. <br />One final and significant change is the elimination of the proposed loading <br />area in the new main building. An update to the existing receiving area <br />will allow it to remain as the single point of delivery for the campus <br />eliminating the need for a second delivery location. <br />We are very pleased to offer these revisions and feel that the proposed plan has been very <br />thoroughly vetted and the process has resulted in a plan that responds to the <br />neighborhood. We look forward to continuing to work together through the process. <br />
