DATE: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />November 10, 2010 <br />EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />Resolution 2010 -058 Certifying the 2010 City of Arden Hills Municipal Election <br />Canvass Results <br />Background <br />For your review, City staff has attached a copy of Resolution 2010 -058 certifying the 2010 <br />municipal election results from the November 2nd general election. <br />Members of the City Council are required by State Statute to certify the results of the Municipal <br />Election to the Ramsey County Auditor within three (3) to ten (10) days after the General <br />Election. <br />Recommendation <br />Motion to approve Resolution 2010-058 certifying the 2010 City of Arden Hills Municipal <br />Election Canvass Results Declaring: <br />David Grant as Arden Hills Mayor for a four year term beginning in January 2011; <br />Ed Werner as Arden Hills City Councilmember for a four year term beginning in <br />January 2011; and, <br />Fran Holmes as Arden Hills City Councilmember for a four year term beginning in <br />January 2011. <br />
