The Bloomington Bonds and the Little Canada Bonds will be issued as revenue obligations. <br />The Bloomington Bonds will not be an obligation of Bloomington or Arden Hills and the Little <br />Canada Bonds will not be an obligation of Little Canada or Arden 1-lilis. The principal of and <br />interest on the Bloomington Bonds and the Little Canada will be payable solely from revenues <br />pledged to those bonds. The Bloomington. Bonds and the Little Canada Bonds will not constitute a <br />general or moral obligation of Arden Hills and will not be secured by the full faith and credit or <br />taxing powers of Arden Hills.
