By having the City <br />Engineer be the Arden Hills Public Works Director it will cut down on Roseville Engineering <br />service hours. This will be accomplished by a reduction in my involvement in the day to day <br />activities of our staff that are assigned to Arden Hills. Both Kristine Giga and Matt <br />Woodruff will report directly to Terry for work direction, however, as described in the Joint <br />we rs Agreement, section E, I will still act as their supervisor for purposes of performance <br />eview and discipline. I feel confident that Terry and I will work well together on ensuring <br />g <br />that Roseville staff are completing their assigned work tasks in a timely manner and in such <br />a way that they meet the policies of the City of Arden Hills. <br />I look forward to working with you and Terry as Roseville`s role at Arden Hills continues to <br />evolve. <br />Please let me know if you have questions. <br />City of Roseville <br />Debra M.
