Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the City move forward with this approximately 70,000 square foot <br />land acquisition ($3.00 per square foot) subject to a parking lot access and use agreement <br />being entered into by both parties. Funding for this project would come from the <br />Permanent Improvement Revolving fund in 2011. <br />
