"Developer is the owner of the <br />following described real property "Property situated in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br />County, MN to wit: <br />That part of Government Lot 5 in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 33, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, and Lot 27, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 80, Ramsey Co.
