(Added 7/14/10) Subd. 47Critical root zone. The minimum area around a tree that should remain undisturbed. To calculate the critical root zone, measure the tree's caliper inches. For each caliper inch of tree, 1.5 feet of root radius must be protected. For example, if a tree's is 10 caliper inches, then its critical root radius is 15 feet (10 x 1.5 15). Any licensed facility, public or private, which for gain or otherwise, regularly provides one or more persons with care, protection, supervision, habilitation, rehabilitation or developmental guidance on a regular basis, for periods of less than twenty -four (24) hours per day, in a place other than the person's own home, including but not limited to day care centers, day nurseries, daytime activity centers, day treatment programs, and day services.
