The total allowable amount of lot area, expressed as <br />a percentage, which may be covered by a principal use and its accessory structures. <br />Subd. 1OSubd. 102 Lot depth. The mean horizontal distance between the mean front <br />road and the mean rear lot line. The greater frontage of a corner lot is its depth, and its <br />lesser frontage is its width. <br />Subd. 103 Lot line. A property boundary line of any lot held in single or <br />separate ownership or separately described; except that where any portion of the lot <br />extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the street or <br />alley line. <br />Subd. 104 Lot line, front. The boundary of 'a lot abutting a street. On a <br />comer lot, the shortest street lot line shall be the front lot line. <br />Subd. 105 Lot line, rear. The mean horizontal distance between the side lot lines <br />at the minimum front setback line. <br />Subd: -146Subd. 113 Lowest floor. The lowest floor of the lowest enclosed area <br />(including basement). An unfinished or flood resistant enclosure, used solely for parking <br />of vehicles, building access, or storage in an area other than a basement area, is not <br />considered a building's lowest floor.
