The total allowable amount of lot area, expressed as a percentage, which may be covered by a principal use and its accessory structures. Subd. 1OSubd. 102 Lot depth. The mean horizontal distance between the mean front road and the mean rear lot line. The greater frontage of a corner lot is its depth, and its lesser frontage is its width. Subd. 103 Lot line. A property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate ownership or separately described; except that where any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the street or alley line.
