Council Comments and Requests (continued) <br /> Public Works Director Maurer stated this would be brought to the Council at a December work <br /> session. Rice Creek Watershed Bridge is included as well as a matrix of improvements that could - <br /> be done to the road and trails. The study will also include the agencies that would need to be <br /> involved and other studies that may need to be done. <br /> Councilmember Grant stated he had received an e-mail from a resident about the bituminous <br /> surface separating and coming off in layers on Tiller and Cannon. He asked that Staff look into <br /> this area. He also stated there was also concern about the Highway 96 Trail on the south side, by <br /> Royal Hills, not being packed enough. He stated he had looked at this and it appears this area did <br /> not get a seal coat. He asked that Staff also look into this area. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer stated he would look into these areas. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated the Council had not seen any water quality surveys for a while. <br /> She asked that these be brought to the Council. She also requested a financial report on Celebrate <br /> Arden Hills. <br /> City Administrator Klaers stated he would get this information for the Council. <br /> Councilmember McClung stated he would not be at the November 18 meeting. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Ma or Har stead seconded a motion to <br /> adjourn.
