CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the Closed
City Council meeting at 9:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda Holden,
and Fran Holmes.
Absent: Council Member Dave McClung
Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers and Richard Fursman, Brimeyer
Fursman Executive Consulting.
1. AGENDA ITEMS
A. Discuss the six month performance evaluation of Cily Administrator Patrick
Klaers. -
Mr. Fursman led the meeting. The City Council responses to the performance survey were
discussed.
Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Closed City Council eeting at 10:10 p.m.
