CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the City
Council Work Session meeting at 6.00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda Holden,
Fran Holmes, and David McClung.
Absent: None.
Also present: Acting City Administrator, Susan Iverson; Community Development
Director James Lehnhoff, and City Planner Meagan Beekman.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion
to avvrove the meeting a enda as presented. The motion carried
unanimously (5-0).
1. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS
There were no comments.
2. AGENDA ITEMS
A. TCAAP Zoning Project
Community Development Director Lehnhoff led a discussion on the zoning project update.
This update included the Land Use and Legal Consultant Review and notable changes between the
February 22 and March 15 City Council Worksessions.
ADJOURN
Mayor Harpstead adjourned the City Council Work Session meeting at 6:45 p.m.
