CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETING CALL TO ORDER—ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the regular
City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. _
Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead, Councilmembers David Grant, Dave McClung,
Brenda Holden
Absent: Councilmember Fran Holmes (excused)
Also present: City Attorney Jerry Filla; City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Finance
Director 1 Treasurer Susan Iverson; Community Development Director
James Lehnhoff; City Planner Meagan Beekman.
City Attorney Jerry Filla stated that the closed session meeting was pursuant to State Statute
13D.05 Subd.3(C)(3)to consider the proposal to purchase the Reiling Communications Tower
located at 1296 County Road F from Sand Companies, Inc.
Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Closed Session Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
