Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers
At this time I have a few brief updates to provide the City Council at the work session on
January 18
One update relates to the ribbon cutting on March 8 at 3:00 pm for the new American
Red Cross Blood Donation Center.
Another update relates to setting up a 45 -60 minute meeting with Bill Joynes. These
individual meetings with Councilmembers and staff are necessary to prepare for the
February 12th Council /Staff Goal Setting work session. Bill is available to meet you at
City Hall, or another place if convenient, on the following:
Wednesday, January 19 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
Thursday, January 20 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Friday, January 21 7 am to 3 :00 pm
Monday, January 24 7:30 am to 3 :00 pm
Tuesday, January 25 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday, January 26 7:3 0 am to 11:00 am
Friday, January 28 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
