CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
DECEMBER 20, 2010
8:15 P.M. -ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the
Executive Session of the City Council at 8:15 p.m.
Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead, Councilmembers David Grant, Brenda Holden, Fran
Holmes, and David McClung.
Absent: None.
Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers and Public Works Director Terry Maurer.
The Council reviewed the current status of the I.U.O.E Local 49 and City contract renewal
negotiations and provided staff with guidelines for the ongoing negotiations.
ADJOURN
MOTION: Harp Councilmember McClung moved and Mayor' Harpstead seconded a motion to
adjourn. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
Mayor Harpstead adjourned the City Council Executive Session at 8:40 p.m.
