Acquisition of TCAAP Properiy
• The monthly conference call with the Army and GSA was held on Tuesday, August 19. The
main topic of discussion was an amendment to the Offer To Purchase to reflect an extended date
for reaching agreement regarding the Purchase Price Credits
Mas#er Development Plan
• On Au�ust.2Q, the Council toured a number of higher density residential development projects to
assist in its decision-making process regarding the residential portion of the TCAAP Master
Development Plan
