A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ABSENTEE SALLQT BOARD FOR THE 20Q8
PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is authorizeci by the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 203B.13 to appaint an Absen#ee Ballot Board; and
WHEREAS, ihe board shall consist of a sufficient i3uinber of election judges
appointed as pravided in Sections 204B.19 to 204B.22; and
WHEREAS, the absentee bal�ot board shali receive and process absentee ba]lots in
accordance with Minnesota Election Laws.
NOVt�, THEREFORE, IT IS HERESY RESOLVED: by the Cauncil of tY�e City of
Arden Hills, that the City authorizes the �se of an ahsentee ballot board ta receive and
process absentee ballots for the 2008 Pr�ma�y and Ge�eral Llectio��s a��d autho�izes the City
Admi�istrator to appoint electior� judges to serve on the absentee baIlot board.
