SUBJECT: Canceltaiian of tl�e December 28 City Council Meeting, and the
December 23 TCAAP Work Session

In prior years, the Couticii has cancelled the second Council meeting in Decernber if there are no
items requiring timely action by the Council. All items requiring timely action by the Council
will be placed on the December 1� Council meeting agenda. There are no items anticipated to
r�quire action by the Council at the December 2$ Council meeting.
Si�nilarly, there ara no i�ems anticipaied to require timely direction from the Council at the
December 23 TCAAP work session. Discussions at the November 30 and December 14 TCAAP
work sessions will provide sufficieni direction for staff to continue its work until additional
direction at the Januaxy 11, 2010 TCA�1P work session.
