Regarding the Public Sale of the TCAAP Property

1. Update regarding the status and timing of the elements of the public sale process.
2.Language to be included in the IFB.
A.Security regarding buyer completion of clean-up of the property

3.How and when does City information related to the property get provided to potential buyers?
4.How should the wildlife corridor and primer tracer area be treated in relation to the public sale? Should they be
carved out prior to the sale for transfer to the County, or included in the sale, then carved out?
5.Mechanism for keeping GSA updated regarding interested parties who contact the City regarding the property and
the public sale.
6.GSA is considering putting information on their website regarding the upcoming sale to gauge the amount of
interest in the property and to enable potential bidders to view the property prior to the bidders’ conference.
