SUBJECT: Sump Pump Inspection Program Work Plan
BACKGROUND
As the City continues its Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) remediation the next large step in reducing
I & I is the sump pump inspection program. This program will begin in 2009. Attached is a
proposed work plan and implementation timeline for this program. The inspection program will
be discussed in depth at the May 18th City Council Work Session.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION
Staff is seeking City Council input and direction on the proposed plan and timeline.
