BACKGROUND
There are two open positions on the Cammuz�ications Committee. Lai� Rem submitted a City
Commission / Committee Application Fa�zn and her resume to express her interest in becoming a
�nember of this committee. The Commiitee Chair, Ariene M�tchell, and I revi�wed her
application and met with Ms. Rem. We recommended her ap�ointrnent to the Mayor and he
authorized the addition of this item to the Council's February 28t agenda.
RECOMMENDED COUNCTL ACTION
Approval of the appointment of Lois Rem to fhe Comz�n.unicaiions Comrnittee with her term to
expire December 31, 2013.
