CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Jim Ostlund at 6:00 pm.
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Braun; Arlene Mitchell; Jim Ostlund; Katharine Peters, Jeff Johnson
MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Brenda Holden, Council Liaison
OTHERS PRESENT: Kyle Howard

2. APPROVAL OF December 14, 2010 MINUTES
Approved as amended

UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS
A. Continue discussion on developing a TIF policy
TIF White paper discussion was continued from the December 141' meeting. Discussion on
setting up and development of a baseline percentage was discussed as a starting point for
further discussions.
Members wanted to know if the City had any information on what possible affect TCCAP could
have on TIF, due to the increase in Tax Capacity the city.
It was agreed upon that further reserch was needed and that further discussion would be held
at the next meeting.
4. REPORTS
A. Report from the City Council
There were no Reports from the City Council due to absence of Brenda Holden.
