At ihe May 9, 201 l meeting, u.n.der Council Camments, Councilmember Holder asked
about a"State of the City" progra�n. The Coux�.ci1 briefly discussed the topic and
requested that the issue be added to this May 16th work sessian age�da. There was no
"State of the City" program held in 2010.
