RESOLUTION NO. 2011-026
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FINAL LAYOUT
OF THE HWY 96 /TH 10 INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has presented a final layout of the proposed Hwy
96 /TH 10 interchange to the City and requested a Municipal Consent resolution; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is requested to be held after 30 days notice prior to
the City Council considering a Municipal Consent resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and the City Council as
follows:

1. A hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th day of July, 2011, in the City
Hall at 1245 West Highway 96, to consider providing Municipal Consent to
the Final Layout for the Hwy 96 /TH 10 interchange project. All persons
wishing to be head on this issue will be given an opportunity.
