RESOLUTION NO. 2011-028
A RESOLUTION APPROVING MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 98490
REGARDING I- 694/TH 51 INTERCHANGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mn/DOT is proposing to undertake an improvement to I -694; and
WHEREAS, the City requested the relaying of sanitary sewer under I -694 and
concrete sidewalk be added to the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council that:
1. The City of Arden Hills enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 98490 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs
of the water main and sanitary sewer construction to be performed under and
adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 694 between Hamline Avenue and Lexington
Avenue and concrete walk construction to be performed along and adjacent to
Hamline Avenue from Floral Drive to County State Aid Highway No. 12
(County Road F) within the corporate City limits under State Project No.
6285 -135 (T.H. 694 =393).
2. That the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to execute the
Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
