1'at's review was originally schedule for June 27, 2011 after the regular City Council
zn.eeting. Due to tl�e lengih of that meeting a.r�d the time, it was decided to reschedu�e the
performance review. It has been reschedule for July 11��' after the regular City Council
meeting.
Current Discussio�
Pat's perfortnance review wi11 be h�ld ��Ii the City Council ira. a closed session after the
regular business is conducted at the Ju1y 11, 2011 City Council meeting. I have complied
all ihe answers received into one report for tne Couzxcil to review and discuss with Pat.

2011 Council Meeting. Please rernember to bri�g this with to the meeting on Monday,
July 11 �h.
Agai.n, there are a few items I would like to siress as yau read the respox�ses and cond�zct
the performance review. We are a"contract city" with a very sxxaall staff, this means that
projects need to be prioritized due to the limited aznount of staff tame we have available
after we complete our day-to-day respansibilities. We also have a good number of staff
who are still new to th�ir positions means there is a"learning curve" we need to take into
account that we have to train them as they h.ave not yet been ihrough an entire budg�t or
f naz�cial cycle at Arden Hiils. This is especia.11y relevant as the TCAAP and Stadium
project has "heaied up" ihis past wint�r and spring.
One last item, if there is not a"full Council" present at the 7uly 11th meeting, you rnight
wat�t io consider rescheduling the �eview uzitil the next rrieeting on July 25th. This will
