Recommendation:
Staff is recommending that the City Council adopt the attached resolution providing Municipal
Consent for the I-694/TH 51 interchange project.
In addition, Mn/DOT is requesting direction on whether or not the City wants berming included
in the project and if the City is willing to commit to $475,000 for the noise wall construction.
