The Commission recom�encled that the Council adopi� an ordinance No. 99, the zoning ordir�ance, by changing th� pro�isions for speciaf use permits. adding a provision prescribing perfarmance standards for drive-in businesses and automobi le service sta�ions, amenc�ing the pravision conceming enforcing afFice and penafty, and repealing other specified arc�inances. By unanimous vate the Commission recommended that the Council approve the issuance af the B�ilcling Permi#� to'C. G.
