Ordir�ance No. 178 was approved amending ordinance No. 92, the in�axicating liquor ordinance,
Certain provisions were changed r�iating fia minors, by adding provisions concernin� evacuation vf
�icensed prernises and cansumptior� aFter ho�rrs, and by increasing the maximum fine assessab�e in the
penalty provision.
Engineer Lund reported that Suburban �ngineering has made four connections to the viilage sanitary sewer
at the Arde� Manor Mobi le Home Park without having the sewer lines tested as required. These sewer
lines are no� now in use. "
Concern was voiced that �he village reguiation prohibiting storm water run-oFf draining inta the saniS�ary
sewers wasn`t being sfiricfify adhered to.

The Council approved issuance of �he Building Permi� fnr Steak !nn subject �a the receipt of specified
documen�s. St�eak lnn's locai�ion is on tE�e sa�th side of County Roac� E between Lexington and Highway 51.
In regard to surface water regu2ation on l.ake Johanna, a center island area wi f 1 be marked with buoys
to ir�dicate an area r�ot suitable for pawer boating.
The Council approved a doar-to-door sales permit for Minneapolis Recreation Department for th� sale of
candy.
Access to Ingersor� Park other than from Lexington Avenue is being sought. The property of Mr. Moss is
; currer�tly being used as access to irhe park. No firm or definite decisian caesld be arrived at.
Approval was given for payment of the Lake Johar�na Volunteer Fire Department Contract in the amounfi
of $8, 670. 00.
