Vi Ilage Counci I Meeting - September 23, 1974 Waft Harmer, Reporter Advance Engin�ering Company is replacing Suburban �ngineering Company on the Arden Manor Mo�ai�e Home Park. The Co�ncii voiced concern over fihe possibly inadequate water system {we(I}, incomplete roads, and occupancy in fihe new portion of Arden Mc�nor Mobile Horne Park riar �o upproval of occupancy of the park. A speciaf rneeting was arranged and Attorr�ey Lynden was asked to render an opinion on.the owner al�owing occupancy of tl�e parfc prior to the.Council's approval. �reasurer �'Kelly reparfied an 'rnvestment of $330,000 for 120 days C 10.�0% on Sep#ember 23, 1974; ';____,;` an�icipafiing an additional $1�5,000 investment on Septetnber 25th. The Council authorized Biumberg Photo Sound Company to instali a public address system in the Village Hall at a cost of $2,Oi0,80. Discussian about an ordinance for diseased tree treatment and removal led to considering a contractar to help so�ve this probiem. The Co�ncil �xpressed no objection �o an arep-wide golf course propased by New Brighton Mayor Bromander.
