RESOLUTION NO. 2011-037
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL
PAYMENT FOR THE LEXINGTON AVENUE SIDEWALK AND TRAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on September 13, 2010,
for the Lexington Avenue Sidewalk and Trail Project, North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen,
Minnesota, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this
contract;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MINNESOTA: That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to issue a
proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
