SUBJECT: Night to Unite Update
Background
At their June Vt meeting, the City Council proclaimed August 2"d as the 2011 "Night to Unite".
This is a nationwide crime prevention event sponsored by the Minnesota Crime Prevention
Association along with AAA of Minnesota 1 Iowa.
Barb Russo, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, is the local coordinator. The deadline for
registrations is Friday, July 22. On Monday, August 1, Barb will provide a complete list of -
participants which will be forwarded to Councilmembers via email.
